Warranty Coverage
Unless stated otherwise all mechanical products are covered from manufacturer defect for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Savin Lake Services, Inc will repair or replace defective products. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Savin Lake Services, Inc. will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the replacement or repaired item returned to you. Customers located outside of the Continental United States will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please call our office at 877-728-5253 for further details on expediting your warranty claim.
Incorrect Items/Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item in your order please call our office at 877-728-5253. Our office will assist you in correcting your order issue.
Return Process
Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase. All returned items must be clean, in original packaging with instructions and all components. Electrical units must be unaltered, in working condition, and may incur a restocking fee. Opened Lake and Pond Chemicals and Floating Fountains may not be returned. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please use the following steps when returning products:
1. Contact Savin Lake Services at 877-728-5253 or email info@lakeandpond.com with your name, order number, what was
purchased and payment method (if paid with a credit card we will need your full credit number to process the refund) for return approval.
2. Package your return items in a box with packaging material that will sufficiently protect the item and its original packaging. Be sure to include the receipt before sealing the package. If you do not have these materials available, you can take your package to a UPS or FedEx Store and have them pack it for you.
3. You can ship your package back via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Be sure to request a tracking number to ensure package

How to get your refund
If you return an item within the allowable return period with a receipt, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment. If you made the purchase using:
Cash or Check
you will issue you a check for the refund amount.
Credit card or debit card
The refund must be issued to the same credit card you used to make the purchase. If you cannot present the original credit card and it’s not available, then you will not be able to receive a refund.
Once the return has been processed, the refund will appear back on your credit card as a credit.
